Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $5.29. One-time orders of $50 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Subscription deliveries qualify for free standard shipping. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from the United States. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing, followed by approximately 2–4 business days in transit for standard domestic shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Initial label verification, holidays, carrier delays or unexpected supply issues may extend the timeline. If there is a material delay, we will contact you using your order contact details.

Tracking and support

Tracking information is provided when your order ships. For help with a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect order, contact musestrips@gmail.com with your order number.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you need to change it. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
