Products and use

Midnight Muse is a dietary supplement. Follow the product label, suggested use, and warnings. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Our website provides general product information, not individualized medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability, including if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under 18. Keep products out of reach of children. Do not use a product with a damaged or missing safety seal.

Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout shows your selected products, quantities, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before you submit an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Product availability is subject to change. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items.

If a material pricing or product error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not increase an accepted order charge without your agreement.

Bundles and subscriptions

A one-time purchase does not create recurring charges. A subscription authorizes recurring charges and deliveries at the quantity and interval shown at checkout until canceled. The available subscription options are one tin every month, two tins every two months, or three tins every three months. Bundle and subscription discounts shown at checkout apply according to the offer terms. No free extra tin is included.

You can manage or cancel future subscription deliveries through the Manage Subscription link on our website. Make changes before your next scheduled charge. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an order already charged or in processing. Read our purchase options cancellation policy for details, or contact us for help.

Shipping and order changes

We currently deliver within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Processing and transit times are estimates. See our shipping policy for rates, exclusions, and timing. Contact us promptly about an address change or cancellation; changes depend on whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Please report missing, damaged, or incorrect orders so we can help.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Eligible products, including opened products, are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See our refund policy for the request window, amounts refunded, shipping treatment, and refund timing. MuseStrips is responsible for its customer promise independently of supplier reimbursement.

Privacy and site use

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, misuse another person's account, submit fraudulent orders, or copy protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Changes and your rights

We may update these terms for future transactions. The terms and policies presented when you place an order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
