Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges and deliveries at the interval shown before checkout: one tin every month, two tins every two months, or three tins every three months. The price, quantity, delivery frequency and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscription deliveries include free standard shipping within our supported U.S. delivery area.

Manage, pause or cancel

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. You can manage your subscription, pause or skip an upcoming delivery, update your payment and shipping information, or cancel future deliveries through Manage Subscription. Sign in with the email address used for your order.

Make changes before your next scheduled charge. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered fulfillment. If an order has just been charged and you need help, contact us immediately. We will check whether it can still be changed or canceled.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases do not create a subscription or recurring charges.
